DBM Package discount active

Dear All,

I having problem on discount after inserting DBM package in service order. I did not tick "customer discount allow", but still my customize condition type ZXXX for discount activated after successfully insert a package. I'm create a new package using package type 01 - Fixed Price package. Is there anyone here can help?
