Hi Automotive experts-
We are able to do an initial load of vehicle, vehicle-BP relationship and vehicle history by executing relevant CRM adapter objects. However, when a vehicle ownership changes in VMS/DBM for vehicles already replicated into CRM, there is no delta queue getting triggered to bring in this change into CRM.
I want to know how changes like ownership of a vehicle or license plate get replicated into CRM? There could be multiple processes changing an owner or license plate in ECC. For example, a service process in DBM may require a change in ownership when vehicle comes in for service.
Any inputs are highly appreciated.
