We wish to migrate all historical Warranty Claims (~ 500000 records) from legacy system. What should be the data migration strategy? Would populating them in SAP BI be the right way or should we create the old Warranty transactions directly in ECC itself ? When a new Warranty Claim is created in ECC, we would also like to know the details of Claims in the past for the Product.
Request you all to share some of your experiences related to migration of historical warranty claims (Things gone Right / Things gone Wrong). It would be of immense help.
