While creating reservation for spare parts in SAP DBM,we are not able to find who has created the reservation in MB24 reservation list.
its not updated in the reseravtion table RESB also. Any idea.. ?
in MB24, MB25 the field User Name is always empty...

Hi,
I am beginner in SAP.
This is regarding Goods Receipt in Subcontracting process.
I have provided raw material Quantity = 100 Nos. to subcontracting vendor.
Subcontracting vendor done machining on 80 Quantity, and we have done Goods Receipt for 80 Quantity as Finished Parts.
Subcontracting vendor found 20 Quantity as Defected.
Shall I take back 20 Quantity by Movement Type 542.
OR
Shall I do Goods Receipt of 20 Quantity as Finished Product and price = 0. & then stock transfer of Finished to Raw Material.

Dear All,
In DBM 6.0 DBM Cash Desk there are default payment types are - 1 Cash 2. Check 3. Credit Card 4. Debit Card. For Credit Card or Debit Card payment type need to calculate bank charges using the same (Cash Desk Post).
Let me know if any provision in standard SAP DBM Cash desk for Bank Charges Calculation.

Hi Experts,
In DBM Time recording, the Technicians in the Third shift who are clocked in becomes automatically Clocked out in the mid night after 12:00:00 AM in the next day.
In the config level also I didn't define any time for the field Aut.Time in the General Settings DBM Time Management.
How to resolve this issue? any idea....

We have installed DBM 7.0 SPS02 on IDES ECC 6.0 EHP4, While creating order in /DBM/ORDER01 we are getting dump.
Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_UNKNOWN
Exception CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_NOT_FOUND
Function parameter "RESET_BUFFER" is unknown.
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "/DBM/CL_CU_BUSINESS_PARTNER===CP" -
in "GET_BP_DESCRIPTION".
The main program was "/DBM/SAPLORDER_UI ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 112
of the (Include) program "/DBM/CL_CU_BUSINESS_PARTNER===CM005".
The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_NOT_FOUND"
occurred in
procedure "GET_BP_DESCRIPTION" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled locally
nor declared
in the RAISING clause of its signature.
The procedure is in program "/DBM/CL_CU_BUSINESS_PARTNER===CP "; its source
code begins in line
1 of the (Include program "/DBM/CL_CU_BUSINESS_PARTNER===CM005 ".

SAP user id has SAP_ALL rights.

There is an accessory which we currently buy as 4 different items from our OEM. But when selling, we need to invoice it as one part with a common cost.
I know that a Sales BOM is ideal but can it be used for DBM orders as well? If yes, please let me know.

Hi Everyone, I’ve deployed a new development system with SAP Best Practices Baseline package V3.607 and that is going pretty well for my consultants.
My people would also like to have SAP Best Practices for Automotive V1.604 but as I understand it you can only load that on an ERP EHP 4 system. As you can imagine that taking quite a timewarp into the past. Is there any way to load BP Automotive onto a new system with EHP7?
Side question: Why is the BP Automotive package so old (2011)? And why is it only listed as localized for Japan?
