Dear All,
While creating billing document getting error 'Unit JHR is not created in language EN'. I checked all MM data, we did not update JHR unit for materials still we get error.
I checked JHR unit by using Transaction code 'CUNI'. JHR is available under dimension 'TIME'. JHR is available in data base tables T006 and T006A still system throws above error. Particularly for UOM 'JHR' getting above error.
Please provide the solution.

Now I want to execute few actions (defined in ABC Action Matrix) on the same vehicle.
Is it possible to change action matrix in process/between for a vehicle model?

In my scenario Organization handles Import as well as retail business. So its an Importer and also a Dealer catering to end-customer. What solution - VMS or DBM should be used ? I believe I need to use both of them to fulfil all the requirements of business, please correct me. Also if need to use both of them - Can I use them in same instance - same client or do I need separate clients to map the scenario ? Can I also eliminate the need of CRM is I use DBM ?

while trying to Post the Cash Documents from DPM session we got the below message :
we have tried to check the application log by pressing on the button in the screen "application log"
but we get nothing just the same message that appears on the screen we tried to repost to get the details of the error but we get the same message .
So where to find more details about the errors cause my problem that i cant get more info about the error to resolve it.

I would like to understand few things here.
There is this Dealer Portal which uses the services of VMS, Spare Parts Functions and WMS.
Now as I understand there is add-on called DBM. What are the differences we have incase DBM is activated.
Secondly, if we activate DBM, will it be like previous VMS, WMS settings are irrelevant or those are still useful.

We have a requirement that Operating expenses and material consumption (direct, indirect, tools and machinery spares) should be controlled so that they do not exceed the amounts specified in the annual budget. The commitments should also be tracked through the purchase requisitions and purchase orders. The expenses and indirect, tools machinery spares consumption is accounted to cost centers at present. The budgets are also provided at cost center level. Direct material consumption is accounted mainly to RS Headers for repetitive manufacturing. In some divisions, costs for small projects are collected through Internal Orders. The budgets have to be controlled at Cost center, GL account level. The company is an automotive company.
We have two options to satisfy the requirement - one to use WBS elements at Cost center, GL account level and other to use Finds Management functionality of SAP. In using WBS elements, we find mainly two drawbacks - 1. huge master data since WBS elements are created for each GL account, Cost Center combination. Each GL account is one project. (There are 200 GL accounts and 3000 cost centers). 2. WBS element has limitations since it is part of CO module and the same needs to be reserved for future use as CO objects, for cost collection, if needed.
The other option is to use Funds management (Budget Control System BCS) due to the advantage that the master data is limited to Funds Center (Cost Centers) and Commitment Items (GL accounts). These objects are independent of CO module objects and hence more flexible. It can be used for Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, as per the requirement.
I would like to know if anybody has implemented Funds management in manufacturing company and what are the experiences? Have you found any limitations or any other points that needs to be taken into account while implementing?

I have new requirement from my user to have different Profit Center by DBM Order Types.
Currently, we only have One profit center for all DBM Order types.
The DBM Order type that we are using is :-
1. Counter Sales (DBM Order Type 1000)
2. Service Order (DBM Order Type 2000)
3. Insurance (DBM Order type 2001)
purpose new profit center
1. Counter Sales (DBM Order Type 1000) - Profit Center MMXX-11000
2. Service Order (DBM Order Type 2000) - Profit Center MMXX-11001
3. Insurance (DBM Order type 2001) - Profit Center MMXX-11002
the requirement is, when user choose Order type 1000 Counter sales, the System will use profit center MMXX-11000,
if the user select Insurance Order Type 2001, system will use profit center MMXX-110002.
is there any Substitution involve in this configuration ?
is there any others configuration need to be configure ?

In DBM 6.0 DBM Cash Desk there are default payment types are - 1 Cash 2. Check 3. Credit Card 4. Debit Card. For Credit Card or Debit Card payment type need to calculate bank charges using the same (Cash Desk Post).
Let me know if any provision in standard SAP DBM Cash desk for Bank Charges Calculation.

What would be the better solution if I am going for Lease & Rental (Fleet Management) for automotive industry - Is it VMS or DBM that should be leveraged along with CRM ?
Since the requirement areas are Vehcile Lifecycle management (Procurement, Vehicle Database, Vehicle Contract Lease, Dispositions, Asset Management), not sure what to use with CRM.. VMS or DBM.

We are in DBM 7.0 now and when i go to tcode /DBM/C_ORD_NR to maintain number range for order type.
The system come out say "Transaction /DBM/C_ORD_NR does not exist" Message no. S#343
Please advise is there any configure or activation need to be done?
