DBM 7.0 Package Pricing in second split is not the same
Hi all,
we have implemented DBM Packages for certain predefined tasks. Some of those packages are with fixed price. The issue begins when we
split the order. Then the all items which belongs to the package are recalculated with the prices for other customer. What we want is that the base price
for items in package to stay the same for all splits. Acording to SAP note :

this is an standard behaviour for DBM 6.0 but there should not be restriction in 7.0 at least for manually entered prices . The /dbm/pricing_c1 should be customized to transfer manual price to split. So the question: Do you have any clue how the customizing should be set so the packages should transfer their base value to all splits. Which field should I use to achieve such behaviour? An other possibility is to create new Z - field and put in it the value for item calculated during adding package in dbm order . And than transfer that value to next splits.

Creation of new version and its Posting
Hello,
I am trying to create a new version and Posting it programatically. For creating a new version for a particular claim i am using action code A019 and for Posting A043.
i am callid FM BAPI_WARRANTYCLAIM_SET_ACTION for setting the action codes.
My new Version gets created but if for some reason the posting doesnt take place i want to delete the new version created.
How can this be achieved. There is no action code to delete a created verison of claim .
Please suggest.

SAP VELO action for OIVR (cancel outgoing invoice)

Action Cancel Outgoing Invoice has not been executed message number: VELO033. The billing document can only be cancel by using t-code vf11. Thank you

Solution for lease & rental business
Hi,
What would be the better solution if I am going for Lease & Rental (Fleet Management) for automotive industry - Is it VMS or DBM that should be leveraged along with CRM ?
Since the requirement areas are Vehcile Lifecycle management (Procurement, Vehicle Database, Vehicle Contract Lease, Dispositions, Asset Management), not sure what to use with CRM.. VMS or DBM.

MRS Activation in DBM 7.0 SP01
Hi Gurus,
We have installed add on DBM 7.0 SP01 in our ERP 6.0 EHP5 system, but we are unable to see MRS, Appointment Scheduling and Master data for workshop. In the switch frame-work ( SFW5) we have activated DP01. Can you please advise how get MRS?

Manual pricing condition type not getting copied to split order in SAP DBM.
Hi,
We have a condition type which is Manual and Statistical. We created a DBM order and entered the cond type and also the value for it.
Then we created a split for the said item. But the cond type is not appearing in the split order and hence has not passed to billing document.
Please let us know what can be the reason..

Pls, tell how to define divisions in DBM. Do we need to maintain the link between Division and OEM? Is that necessity being one to one relationship?
My business case Ex: We have two OEMs for one brand Nissan
OEM India and OEM Japan in that case can we have created the one division as u201CNissan" and assign the two different OEM. Pls, explain.

PR ASSIGNMENT IN DELIVERY LINES
Dear Colleague,
When I am assigning a Purcahse requisition in a delivery schedule line (ME38), system will allow for excess quantity inwarding.
Suppose I have a PR of 100 quantity and when I assign that PR to schedule line, I can amend that PR quantity and able to inward 1000 quantities.
Is that any process available that at the time of PR assignment in schedule line, system will not allow for excess quantity order then the PR quantity.

Variable prices in SD
Dear Friends,
There is a requirement that .The Vendor will place an order for 10000 quantity in No.s .Here my question is that how do we map that the first 500 nos should be supplied at Rs 1200 and the rest @Rs 500.
However if we use a scale in this scenario the rate greater than 500 n0.s would be charged at the next slab.The invoices could be 1 or maximum of 5 in no.
Hence the system should recognize the same by adding the previous quantities and then throw the price.

Transaction /DBM/C_ORD_NR does not exist
Hi DBM Expert,
We are in DBM 7.0 now and when i go to tcode /DBM/C_ORD_NR to maintain number range for order type.
The system come out say "Transaction /DBM/C_ORD_NR does not exist" Message no. S#343
Please advise is there any configure or activation need to be done?

SAP IS Auto to be installed on SAP IDES server
Hi Experts,
I need one information.
My client wants to install SAP IS Auto in IDES server (IDES ERP 6.0 ECC 6.0 incl. EHP4)
1) Can it be installed in standard SAP IDES Server Or
2) Does it require a specific IDES for installing IS solutions ?
